Question:

How can I reset a password if somebody has forgot it?

From the Vision front end (Home)

1. Click Management Tools

2. Click Control Panel

3. Click Security

4. Scroll down to find the member of staff listed under Current Users (Top left window)

5. Right mouse click on the staff name and select - Reset Password

6. Type in the same password in both text boxes - press OK

Note: When the member on staff logs in again they will be asked to enter there own password.


Question:

Where do I enter Medical Records sent or received?

Answer

In the Registration Module on the Other tab.

Medical Records are sent to the TP/HA because the patient has Transferred Out, enter the Date in the “Date Records Sent To HA”.

When Medical Records are received from the TP/HA, remove the tick from “Records Sent By HA”.


Question:

Where do I enter the Temporary Residents permanent address?

Answer

After you have filled in the Main Address details (where they are staying in your area)

1. Click on the Address Tab (Alt+S) at the top of the form

2. Press the ADD button

3. Enter the address details as normal, but choose from the Type of Address

“Permanent registered address for Temporary Resident”.
